Learn from Covid-19

Every beginning has an end. At the end of any celebration or an event, we review all that  has happened , from both the positive and the negative points of views. As both the experiences have lessons to teach us.

Today in the midst of this horrific pandemic, one should stop ane review our own personal lives. In the silence of our heart let us examine our lives and express our gratitude for all the good that has taken place and at the same time repent and learn for not so good times.

Studies have shown that gratitude is strongly associated with greater happiness. It improves our health, reduces stress levels and strengthens our relationship making onself aware of the blessings that we have received is essential for our emotional and mental health.

We need to cultivate a spirit of thankfulness even in the midst of trials and heartache. So here are a few tips to cultivate gratitude on a regular basis.

*Pray to show gratitude to God
*Keep a gratitude journal to pen down things you are grateful for.
*Meditate, it helps to focus and creates a positive attitude.
*Write a thank you note or send a text, to show appreciation to someone.

As St Paul truly believed being thankful at all times is the mark of a joyous Christian.
